Helpful tips for making your first visit as smooth as possible:

Eastern Neurodiagnostic Associates is in Network with all major Health Insurances including Medicare.  Along with the major medical insurances, Eastern also accepts all Motor Vehicle Insurance along with Workers Compensation Coverage.

 

  • We will call to confirm all visits at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment.

  • We ask all patients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their initial consultation

  • All Insurance Cards

  • Motor Vehicle Declaration Page (if applicable)

  • Any / all imaging reports and CDs

  • Completed New Patient Paperwork
